Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Pricing & Availability

Returns & Refunds

For returns, requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your request. We will not accept returns after 30 days. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

For items damaged in transit, kindly reach out to us to initiate the return process. It is important to return the item(s) in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We may request proof of damage to evaluate the return request.

 

In the unfortunate event that your item is lost during transit, we ask that you contact us within a week after the estimated date of delivery. Upon receiving your report, we will promptly initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine the whereabouts of your package. Our dedicated customer service team will keep you updated throughout the investigation process and work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
