Return Policy - the basics

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to help. Please see the full details below regarding the return policy and process.


Accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

After 30 days a store credit will be issued. 

Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock we will issue a refund or store credit. 


NOTE: The following are ineligible for returns/refunds:


  • Final Sale items, and 


  • Opened/Used personal care items (due to health and safety reasons).

Shipping Fees: 

Peachy Plum offers a 30-day free return policy for items in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Shipping labels for returns are provided by the company, and refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving and assessing the returned items.


For damaged/defective items:

If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us within five business days. We'll provide return shipping labels, and a replacement or refund for the affected items.


Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees.


Returns/Exchange Process:

Contact us via email to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and SKU number of the items you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Print the return shipping label and attach it to the outside of the package. Return the package to the address provided. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.



Upon receiving and assessing the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 2-3 days for the refund to be credited to your account..
