Thank you for your purchase from Peachy Plum. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to help. Please see the full details below regarding the return policy and process.
Returns/Exchanges Accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a store credit will be issued. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.If the item you want to exchange is out of stock we will issue a refund or store credit.
Note: The following are ineligible for returns/refunds:
Final Sale items, and Opened/Used personal care items (due to health and safety reasons).
Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for return shipping fees which are non-refundable. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Damage/defectiveitems. For damaged/defective items we will cover the cost of return shipping. You must notify us no later than 5 days after receiving the damaged/defective items. We will then send a return shipping label and replace the damaged/defective item or issue a refund.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Returns/Exchange Process: Contact us via email or the Contact Form on this site to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number and SKU number of the items you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your package. Mail to the following address:

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your refund. It generally takes 2 - 3 days for your refund to post to your credit card/bank account depending on your financial institution.
